" A family affair"
Paloma Cafe was born in February 2008 through the meeting of friends, cultures, and two families.
The menu is prepared freshly each day using fresh homemade food with primarily organic ingredients. The Cafe offers a variety of dishes, mixing Mediterranean tastes with Middle-Eastern, Asian, and North African ingredients. The salads are accompanied with an original dressing; and the house specialty- homemade focaccia bread- is served in different styles. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, as well as daily specials that change according to seasonal ingredients.
Fresh fruit and vegetable juice, a variety of fresh fruit smoothies, and a daily choice of homemade pastry are available throughout the day, as are freshly brewed coffee and assorted teas.
The Cafe is located in the garden of La Paloma, surrounded by an orchard of orange and lemon trees, flowers, and the beautiful Ibizenco natural landscape. During the winter months the indoor cafe is warmed by the light of a cozy fire.
The restaurant and the Cafe are different in concept but united by the love, passion, and attention they both give to food, the surroundings, and the high quality of the ingredients
